Girringun Initiative

Process Unite is an initiative championed and pioneered by the Girringun Aboriginal Corporation. It began its journey in 2018 when Elders and the Girringun Aboriginal Board recognised that revisiting a unified approach was necessary to create a path to self-determination.

Girringun is an organisation that successfully supports and administers programs for the benefit of its nine member tribes in Far North Queensland. These members include: Bandjin, Djiru, Girramay, Gugu Badhun, Gulngay, Jirrbal, Nywaigi, Warrgamay and Warungnu Peoples.
